Why manicure?

Why manicure?

Beautiful taken care of hands is always a great present to yourself. Besides, in the modern world, it has become a personal visit card, just as much as our taken care of skin. And hands with an incredible color which suits your lipstick, clothes, or just suits your mood, - is attracting even more attention. Just like we treat the skin of our face, cleansing it, moisturizing, doing peelings from time to time, we may take care of our hands and nails. If we would do the color (gel or nail polish) without the manicure, it would look like having make-up on not prepared skin.
It might be quite unpleasant if the attention is attracted to the colored nails, but than the color is not evenly applied, not close enough to the cuticles, and on top of all that there are dry and loose pieces of dead skin around the nails. Manicure is a process, which transforms our hands tired from cleaning, washing the dishes, biking, weather conditions etc. into perfectly smooth, clean and neat hands.
Manicure can be split into 5 important steps:
1. Pushing the cuticles backwards opening up our true natural nail-bed (thus also making the nail visually longer).
2. Cleaning the nail bed and surroundings from the whitish leftovers of dead skin.
3. Removing the cuticles.
4. Polishing the cuticles and surroundings (closing the skin-cells in the proper direction to create more long-lasting result).
5. Filing a beautiful shape of the nails. which suits the hands.
Mini-manicure is more suitable for those, who do not have dry cuticles and dry surroundings of the nail-bed. Mini-manicure treatment consists of steps 1,2 and 5.
Thus, the treatment of manicure, whether it is full or a mini one, makes hands look way more neat, soft , moisturized and polished. Besides, the treatment allows the specialist to apply the color much closer to the cuticle line, covering the full nail-bed, which means that the color will be growing out much slower. After one week the color still looks freshly applied!
The second function of manicure treatment is to make the connection between the color and nail stronger. The gel polish should have a perfect and full attachment to the nail-bed, without any air under it. Here, step 2 of the treatment is the key element to exclude possibility of air bubbles under the coverage. If we do not remove the white leftovers of the cuticle from the nail-bed and apply gel polish right on top of it, air bubbles after 7-10 days after the treatment are almost unavoidable.
We perform the treatments using the latest techniques of machinery manicure, and one of the best equipment on the market. To provide safe and perfect treatment, we do need the time, and we need to make sure that our clients are walking out satisfied and happy. That is why our treatment duration might seem a little longer.

In short, gel or nail polish coverage performed after manicure is aesthetically attractive, gives a feeling of smooth "baby"hands, gives long-lasting (2-4 weeks) result and some endorphines!
